Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return authorization within 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. All items must be factory sealed as they were received to be eligible to be returned. Any opened product will not be approved for return. Upon your return of the product, you may choose an in store credit or money refund. We do not cover any return shipping expenses you may incur.
Backorder Policy
Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Shipping Policies
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
For shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect or shipping damage and we will replace it immediately.
