How to make it? It's simple: melt and pour WHITE soap base into the molds so to fill only the first layer - this layer will have the embossed object on the soap and it's thin, so work carefully. Wait just a little bit, don't let the first layer harden fully and then pour the second layer which is a CLEAR soap base mixed with color and fragrance. Using white and clear soap bases to make this way creates a contrast for fun and interesting results. Important - Spray the first layer with alcohol, It will help in joining both layers.
