What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL (we ship to PayPal verified addresses only) as payment options on our web site. This ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment. All options are available. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment.
Do you ship Internationally?
Due to strict regulations regarding the shipping of lye, we are restricted to ship lye outside of the US. Canadian and UK customers ordering any of our Cold Process kits will
receive the full content of these kits less the lye. Lye can easily be
purchased locally to complete the kit. Our Melt & Pour kits and all
other products will ship complete.
We strictly do not ship to Mexico, Russia or Nigeria.
How soon will you ship my order after I place it?
Shipping times may vary depending on the product your purchase. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. For shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly. *Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted.
